Ingredients

  • 8 oz asparagus
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3.5 oz ground chicken
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • pink salt, to taste

Instructions

  • In saucepan, combine tomato sauce and spices and simmer a few minutes
  • Add ground chicken and cook a few minutes until chicken is cooked through
  • Chop asparagus into bite sized pieces
  • Steam asparagus until desired softness is reached
  • Pour sauce over asparagus
  • Sprinkle with pink salt
