- 16 oz celery
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Bring large saucepan 3/4 full of water to a boil
- Slice celery into very thin strips
- Boil celery for about 20 minutes, until very soft and noodle-like
- Strain water out in colander then return noodles to saucepan
- Stir in ranch seasoning
