Ingredients
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 can tuna
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp jalapeno mustard
- hot sauce, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- paprika, to taste
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Defrost green peppers and drain liquid
- Combine tuna, green peppers, mustard, hot sauce, and spices in oven-safe baking dish
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Cut red pepper into thick strips
- Spoon hot tuna mixture into red pepper strips
