Ingredients
- 3.5 oz ground veal
- 8 oz diced tomatoes
- 8 oz swiss chard
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Dice swiss chard into large bite size pieces then soak in sink in cold water with 1 tsp pink salt
- Preheat oven to boil
- Mix together veal, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Form mixture into patty form
- Broil burger on middle rack for about 5-10 minutes on each side
- Add 1/4 cup water to skillet over medium-high heat
- Add diced tomato and onion powder
- After tomato is warm, add swiss chard and toss till wilted/cooked
- Transfer to bowl and top with veal burger
