Dice swiss chard into large bite size pieces then soak in sink in cold water with 1 tsp pink salt
Preheat oven to boil
Mix together veal, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper
Form mixture into patty form
Broil burger on middle rack for about 5-10 minutes on each side
Add 1/4 cup water to skillet over medium-high heat
Add diced tomato and onion powder
After tomato is warm, add swiss chard and toss till wilted/cooked
Transfer to bowl and top with veal burger
