Instructions
Brown turkey in skillet
Place spring mix and tomatoes in large bowl and drizzle with salsa
Add edamame, pepper, onions & peppers to skillet then cover and cook, stirring occasionally
When veggies are softened, stir in taco seasoning
Transfer mixture from skillet into salad bowl
Top with Greek yogurt
