- 1 can albacore tuna
- 8 oz zucchini
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Heat vinegar in skillet over medium heat and add undrained tuna and garlic
Use a potato peeler to cut zucchini into strips then cut into thirds
Stir zucchini into skillet and place lid on top for 3-5 minutes
Remove lid and stir in mustard, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and thyme
Place lid on top again and cook until zucchini is tender
Drain liquid then season with pink salt and pepper
