Instructions
Preheat 1/4 c water in large skillet over medium-high heat
Cut tomatoes in fairly large chunks
Place tomatoes and spices in skillet and stir well
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
Stir and simmer a couple more minutes
Carve out a spot in the middle for the fish & lay it in the pan
Cover and cook another 3 minutes
Flip fish
Cover and cook 3 more additional minutes
