Instructions
Mince garlic to a paste with pink salt
Add garlic mixture, egg yolk, lemon juice, and mustard to blender/food processor
Add oil and pulse until oil is incorporated and mixture is emulsified
Add basil and continue to process
Season with pink salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk in some water if mixture is too thick
Chill, covered, until ready to eat
