- 8 drops liquid Stevia
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp egg whites
- 1 pineapple ring or 1/8 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 - 2 pitted cherries
Get Recipe Ingredients
Place pineapple in bottom of mug and place cherry in center
Combine coconut flour, vanilla, vinegar, baking soda, stevia, and almond milk in small bowl
Whisk in egg whites
Pour batter over pineapple and cherry
Microwave 2-3 minutes (or bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes)
