- 2 tbsp regular yellow mustard
- 1 dropperful of Stevia
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Heat vinegar in skillet over medium-high heat
Add mushrooms and cook until tender
Add in Stevia and mustard and continue cooking, add water if needed
Remove from heat and season with pink salt and pepper
