- 1.25 cups light olive oil, divided not extra virgin olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
Get Recipe Ingredients
Make sure all ingredients are room temperature before starting recipe
Place the egg, 1/4 cup olive oil, mustard powder, and salt in blender or food processor (or use stick blender)
Mix thoroughly
Slowly drizzle remaining 1 cup olive oil in while food processor or blender is running
After mixture has completely combined, stir in lemon juice to taste with a spoon
