Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Pulse raw cauliflower florets in a food processor, until a rice-like texture is achieved
Steam cauliflower in saucepan in 1" of water for 4 minutes (or microwave, covered)
Drain cauliflower and transfer into a clean, thin dishtowel
Squeeze excess moisture out of cauliflower
In a large bowl, mix cauliflower, egg, goat cheese, and spices
Press the dough out onto a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper about 1/3" thick
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until starting to brown
Add additional toppings (sauce, cheese, etc.) and return to oven to bake 5-10 more minutes OR wrap pizza crust in foil and freeze it for a quick "frozen pizza" to enjoy another night (just add toppings and bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes when ready to eat)
