- 8 oz mushrooms, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 tbsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
- 2 tsp ginger

Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
Add mushrooms and tuna to skillet
Cover the lid and allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft
Drain excess fluid
Stir in liquid Aminos and ginger, heat for another minute
