Instructions
Put yolk from whole hard boiled egg into bowl
Add mustards, apple cider vinegar, parsley, hot sauce, salt and pepper and mix well
Chop the 4 hard boiled egg whites into small pieces
Add whites to yolk mixture and stir well
Eat plain or use half of egg salad mixture and serve on top of
