- 1 hard boiled egg
- 3 hard boiled egg whites
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- hot sauce to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Put yolk from whole hard boiled egg into bowl
Add mustards, apple cider vinegar, parsley, hot sauce, salt and pepper and mix well
Chop the 4 hard boiled egg whites into small pieces
Add whites to yolk mixture and stir well
Eat plain or use half of egg salad mixture and serve on top of Cauliflower Tortillas
