Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease pie pan lightly with coconut oil
In a medium-sized bowl, slightly beat eggs
Whisk in pumpkin puree, stevia, salt, spice, and almond milk
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake for approximately 1 hour
Check to see if toothpick inserted into center comes out relatively clean
Remove from oven and allow to cool
