Line baking sheets with parchment paper
Melt coconut oil
Mix in cocoa powder and stevia
Pour into square or rectangular tupperware container then place into freezer
Combine bananas, flax meal, coconut flour, almond butter, applesauce, vanilla, and stevia (if desired) in food processor until mixed together
Remove coconut oil chocolate from freezer and pop out of tupperware onto sheet of saran wrap or foil
Wrap chocolate in saran wrap or foil then break into small pieces with fingers or crush with spoon
Stir chocolate piece into cookie dough
Chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spoon out scoops of 1 tablespoon dough (yields 3 dozen)
Bake for 15 minutes
