Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shred cheese - or pulse it in a food processor until it becomes granular
In large bowl, combine mozzarella, almonds, garbanzo bean flour, flax meal, onion powder, garlic powder, and pink salt
Spread a sheet of parchment paper over a baking sheet/pizza stone (If using a baking pan, it's easier to use the back of the pan)
Place dough on parchment paper and lay a second sheet of parchment paper on top of dough
Flatten with a rolling pin into a 14" round
Carefully remove top layer of parchment paper
Use a spoon or hands to form a crust edge
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and top with sauce and pizza toppings
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
