Instructions
Cook garlic and buffalo in skillet over medium - high heat
Drain liquid then return to stovetop
Stir in onion flakes, green pepper, mushrooms, and spinach
Cover and cook until veggies soften
Stir in BBQ sauce and cottage cheese
Push veggies to edges of skillet and stir xanthan gum into liquid to thicken sauce
Remove from heat and stir veggies into sauce
