Instructions
Mix kefir, Ranch Seasoning, xanthan gum, and stevia (if desired) in small
bowl and place in refrigerator
Pour Buffalo Sauce over chicken in separate small bowl, mixing until well
coated
Place all veggies in container/bowl
Pour dressing over veggies, place lid on top, and shake until coated
Transfer salad to bowl/plate
Top with chicken and feta crumbles
