Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-2″ wide strips
- Combine almond flour, paprika, garlic, cumin, cayenne, pepper, and salt in small bowl
- Dip pieces of chicken in egg, then coat with spice mixture
- Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- Repeat with all chicken pieces
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden
