Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Cut chicken breasts into 1-2″ wide strips
  • Combine almond flour, paprika, garlic, cumin, cayenne, pepper, and salt in small bowl
  • Dip pieces of chicken in egg, then coat with spice mixture
  • Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
  • Repeat with all chicken pieces
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden
