Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4-8 drops liquid Stevia
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a cookie sheet and set aside
- Pulse banana, coconut, and 1/2 T cocoa for a few moments in a food processor until very well combined
- Shape into discs, then set on the greased cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden
- As cookies cool, melt coconut oil in small bowl
- Stir in cocoa powder and Stevia
- Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies with spoon
- Place cookies in fridge so chocolate can harden
