Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup optional ingredients chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, craisins, coconut flakes, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
- Place all three ingredients in bowl
- Mush and combine ingredients together with hands
- Form into 24 cookie shaped rounds on baking sheet
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on bottom
- Remove from oven and cool on wire rack
