Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut divided
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds divided
- 1 - 2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf chocolate stevia
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa / cacao powder
Instructions
- Place cottage cheese, cocoa/cacao powder, and stevia in mini chopper or food processor
- Process until curds have disappeared and cottage cheese is well whipped
- Stir in 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon coconut
- Transfer to bowl
- Top with remaining almond and coconut
