Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 apple diced
- stevia to taste
Instructions
- Stir together yogurt, chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, and almond butter
- Place in refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
- Microwave diced apples for 2-3 minutes with a dash of cinnamon (can also steam in skillet in a small amount of water)
- Stir apples into chia pudding
