Ingredients
- 1 portabella mushroom
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 tbsp browned ground beef
- 1 clove garlic sautéed in ghee
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat, and oven to 350
- Combine cream cheese, ground meat, and garlic - set aside
- Brush mushroom with ghee
- Grill over medium heat approx. 5 minutes each side
- Let cool about 4-5 minutes
- Spread cream cheese mix over inside of mushroom
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Sprinkle with pink salt
