Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz ground buffalo
  • 1 tbsp Simple Girl hot sauce or other hot sauce of choice + 3 drops Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp minced onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with foil
  • Place all ingredients in small bowl and mix together well with hands
  • Form into 1" balls/patties
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Flip over and bake another 5 minutes
