Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease small round cake pan
In a large bowl, whisk coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until blended
Whisk in eggs, stevia, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla until completely smooth
Pour batter into cake pan
Bake 35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Whip coconut cream with hand mixer in small bowl until stiff peaks are formed
Whip in cream cheese
Stir in stevia and cocoa powder
Place frosting in fridge until ready to put on cake
Transfer cake pan to wire rack and cool completely before frosting
