- 2 cups chicken stock

- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 - 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 dropperfuls Stevia

Melt coconut oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat
Add chopped onions, garlic, and turkey and cook until turkey is cooked through
Stir in chicken stock, pumpkin, almond milk, edamame, stevia, and pumpkin pie spice
Place lid on saucepan, reduce heat, and cook another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally
