- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup cocoa / cacao powder
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 36 drops Stevia more or less, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Toast coconut flakes for 5-8 minutes
Combine all ingredients together in bowl and mix well
Place mixture into 6 even mounds on parchment paper
Place in freezer about 15 minutes, until set
Store in refrigerator
