Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease mini muffin pan with coconut oil
In a medium bowl add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt and combine
In a small bowl beat eggs then mix in melted coconut oil and Stevia, eggs, and vanilla until combined
Pour wet ingredients into dry and thoroughly incorporate
Spoon in mixture into greased mini muffin pans and place in the oven for 15 minutes or until tops have risen and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Once done let cool in pan for about 5-10 minutes
Carefully remove each bite from muffin tin and place onto a cooling rack to finish cooling
