Combine stevia and Chinese 5 Spice in small bowl
Peel orange and cut into small bite sized pieces
Place orange pieces into zip lock bag (or bowl with lid)

Zip bag shut (or seal bowl) and shake until all orange pieces are well coated
Transfer to bowl/plate
